This individual stress reduction course is designed to empower you to live an emotionally, physically, and mentally healthy life. This program will teach you the techniques of mindful living with one on one instruction and directions on how to introduce and practice them in your life. Based on Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindful Based Stress Reduction Program developed in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, it has been taught in more than 30 countries.

 Yoga is not just a physical practice, it is a spiritual path with a code of ethics leading to contentment and bliss, and it can lead to spiritual union with one's higher power. Suzanne's knowledge of anatomy - how it pertains to the physical body, MBSR training for the mind and how it relates to addiction recovery, as well as her gift of meeting people where they're at, makes her perfect for this type of healing work.

Suzanne leads a mindful based restorative yoga session at sober living today's Carlsbad location every Wednesday.

 
 

PADDLE BOARD YOGA on the Water

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is an innovative and challenging way to energetically transform your everyday yoga practice. The Sanskrit word for yoga is "yoke" or "union." Yoga cultivates peace and harmony within the body and mind while, while water is a vital component in nature. This practice increases stability, flexibility and core strength in the physical body while grounding the mind and spirit in nature. 

Each lesson is 1.5 hours.

Baby and mamma goats will roam around during yoga class kissing your toes, climbing on your downward dog, and cuddling up with you during savasana. Get ready for a lot of giggles, goats, and great joy. Enjoy goat cuddles and selfies after class, a peek at the farm animals and a stroll through the organic orchard as you float away from your adventure in goat bliss.
