Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is an innovative and challenging way to energetically transform your everyday yoga practice. The Sanskrit word for yoga is "yoke" or "union." Yoga cultivates peace and harmony within the body and mind while, while water is a vital component in nature. This practice increases stability, flexibility and core strength in the physical body while grounding the mind and spirit in nature.
Each lesson is 1.5 hours.
